ftp setup on userclient

wrong forum sorry: ISPconfig3 question

I successfully installed the system and am trying to get connection to the domain I set up for testing the hosting pannel. All seems to be ok but I do not quite grasp the concept of FTP on the userside (I am used to Plesk settings).

I see there is no DNS record for FTP so what is the name of the server I should use to get connected on port 21 with FTP for this particular domain? Does it jump to the right users webdirectory when this is entered correctly? Or should I have added additional DNS record(s) first?
