Reseller ... how to?

I need to create a reseller level so, under system i create the group called Reseller.
Then i create a new user like:
Module: help client dns tools mail sites
Startmodule: help
Type: admin

now if i login as user and i can't create new client, ispconfig says "Error, max number of client", i can't find where i can edit this limit.

Then, if i have already create some clients how can i associate them to the new reseller?

1) Delete the user. Users have to be created as clients, you can not add them manually!
2) Add a new client and set the number of sub clients on the limits tab.
