recycle bin stuck

I deleted a co-domain to try another means of forwarding through godaddy, but it did not work. Now, I want to restore the domain I deleted, but the recycle bin has been telling me that it is processing... that was about 18 hours ago now, and it still claims to be processing.

i gave up on it for about 12 hours then came back:
I stopped the service, restarted,
restarted the system
upgraded to 2.2.32

I'm not a very advanced linux user, but whatever is in this 'recycle bin', i'd like to delete it manually.

What are the outputs of
ls -la /root/ispconfig
ls -la /home/admispconfig/ispconfig?

I upgraded ISPconfig to the latest version last night, and this morning my recycle bins were unstuck! I have now been able to clear everything out.
