When the notification email are sent to new customer/reseller?
Is there a way to send it again, as e reminder for user/pass or ispconfig url?

It is sent after you have set the login data for a reseller/customer and only if you have entered the email address of the reseller/customer on the first tab.

Yes, change the password of the reseller/customer.
