Disable authentication for webalizer stats

I tried removing the .htaccess in the stats directory but it recreates itself every day. How do I make it where the .htaccess doesn't get created?

Is there another way of disabling the authentication for webalizer?

You will have to edit the code in /usr/local/ispconfig/server/cron_daily.php
