Request Tracker Installation on Debian

I'm new to Request Tracker and was wondering does anyone have a "user-friendly" installation guide for Debian Linux. I am hoping the installation guide will cover step-by-step install and configuration issues. To kind of point newbies in the right direction.

My apologies... what I need is a user-friendly, step-by-step instructional manual on installing Request Tracker on Debian Linux. I would like the guide to be developed for someone who is a newbie to Linux, unpacking packages, installing packages, configuration issues, etc.
