Timing out only for Server info under Management

Trying to get to install a firewall and everytime I go Management > Server > and any of either Settings, Services, or Status it keeps timing out. Everything else works fine including Web-FTP. I am using Debian 3.1. Is my old box just to slow to work, It's a P3 500MHz with 128MB RAM.

[edit] In fact on the ISP Manager tab when it comes up showing the ISP service area it works fine. Showing Services, CPU, Status, etc. But I can still not get to configure the firewall.
