WebFTP not working

A noob here needs help!

I have setup ISPConfig and have setup a client to have WebFTP access

Permissions on the directory (/var/www/web2) are set to 775 and group is web2

When the user logs in all they see is the web folder and the index.html file. No other files or folders that exists are showing up

Any ideas? Need help on this as the client is getting frustrated and I don't want to lose the first customer!

Make sure that you enabled the administrator checkbox for this ftp user.

I deleted all the users and recreated the user, but it says duplicate exists and administrator already set...

Have I missed something?

You missed to empty the ecycle bin.
