chroot sftp server ubuntu

Hello gentlemen.
I have a problem installing chroot sftp with Linux Ubuntu 8.04.2 system and openssh version OpenSSH_4.7p1.
i followed this link

i tested it under redhat before and it worked fine.
now the problem that i cannot find the chroot patch file for my current configuration.

It seems as if the development of chrootSSH patches has stopeed because since OpenSSH 4.8, chrooting is built into OpenSSH by default (see http://www.howtoforge.com/chrooted-ssh-sftp-tutorial-debian-lenny ).
