Roundcube not displaying certain messages

when logged in some messages just keep trying to load and nothing shows up. I click off to another message and it's fine for the newly clicked message. I'm not positive that it is HTML messages only or not. I know on a read receipt from an email I've sent it wont display.

Any ideas?

Any errors in the mail log or the Apache error log?

I looked in the apache2 error log and there is nothing. I looked in the mail.log.0 and also nothing.....

Not sure what it is as I've never used RoundCube. Maybe the roundCube forums know more about this?

It roundcube running on a site or is it the package that is part of ispconfig ?

If it is the package, known issue with HTML mails. Need to have libxml-dev (IIRC) installed before installing ispconfig ...
