Hi,

tomorrow i looked at my mailbox and httpd wasnt running @ispconfig. So i checked, if i could start the apache2 manually. But the output was :

Starting web server: Apache2apache2: bad user name web12_p0

I deleted this user 4-5 days ago, but in trash there was a option to restore but i cant delete this ghost from trash. The message was: "web limit reached for this user .... ( or similar).

So i looked in /etc/apache2/vhosts ...... an deleted the entry for web12_p0. -> after that i could start the apache2 and ispbox was running again :).

But my question is, how to delete this user web_p0 from trash ? Or how should i delete this user manually from system ?

greetings cirox

Did you try to delete it from trash or to restore it?

Please set the userlimit for this web a bit higher and then empty the trash as admin user.
