Everything is running fine but the emails and I don't know where to look for what. Control panel "Monitor" shows all Services are online.

I had this server sending mails before ISPConfig but no clue whats going on here right now.

All major email providers like google, hotmail, yahoo etc. block emails that are sent from a dynamic IP address, so this is no problem with your ispconfig setup. Either you put your server in a datacenter with a static IP or you have to use a axternal mailserver and relay your emails trogh this external server.

Sorry but this domain changes it's IP once in a while not every day.

And before i installed ispconfig i had several sites running on that server and i got emails from that sites and also other users. ( for example Dupal site users could register and got their passwords per mail.)
Same Server - same ISP - same DSL-line

so i think its not that simple or something is mis-configured because I also can't reach the webmail for no account

and i found that entry in the Mail-Warn - Log:

Mar 1 07:12:50 Qriznizz postfix/smtpd[27550]: warning: hostname 123-204-218-198.adsl.dynamic.seed.net.tw verification failed: Name or service not known

on the other hand i found proof of what you're saying in the Mail-Queue:

9E72967EC8 1650 Thu Feb 26 08:47:41 www-data@Qriznizz.qriz.selfip.net
(host mx0.gmx.de[] said: 451 4.3.0 Failed: code orange {mx037} (in reply to end of DATA command))

79EA667ECC 1460 Fri Feb 27 21:40:31 www-data@Qriznizz.qriz.selfip.net
(host g.mx.mail.yahoo.com[] refused to talk to me: 553 Mail from not allowed - [80])

but what is that www-data@my.server.dyndns.net ? is that supposed to be that way?

ok Thanks for your help anyways

The errors you got are exactly caused by the problem I explained you above. Yahoo and other servers are not accepting emails from your server because it uses a dynamic IP address.

This is a common problem and the reson why mailservers are normally not run on a dsl line. I listed the two solutions for your problem in my first post.

Take a look here on how to configure your email server to relay emails trough a external mailserver:
