Does anyone know how to install ispconfig on clarkconnect?

You must modify install_ispconfig/dist.txt and also all the files in install_ispconfig/mod/ and add a section with the appropriate settings of Clarkconnect. You must also edit install_ispconfig/setup1 so that it recognizes Clarkconnect.

Is there anywhere I can find how to do this I'm very new using Linux. I was able to install clarkconnet.

If you are new to linux, i recommend to use a linux distribution that is supported by ISPConfig. There are many step by step howtos available:

You need good linux knowledge if you want to add support for clarkconnect to the ISPConfig installer.
