Antispam by domain basis

is it possible to limit spamassassin on domain basis? Can is give antispam functionality to a domain when restricting it to other domains?

You mean you want to enable spamassassin for a whole web site at once without having to enable it for every single user of that web site? No, that's not possible without changing ISPConfig's source code.
