ISPConfig Rename User and Postfix Question

Hello,

I have two questions that I have not been able to find answers to.

1. Can a user ID be changed in ISPConfig without deleting the user and recreating?

2. Can a domain be setup without mail, just web?

1) no.
2) Yes, just set the domain to external mailserver under options and do the same for all co-domains of this site.
