i know i did an howto run an torrent tracker on fedora 9 OS
so it should work without a problem in the world on fedora 10

I build a torrent server using Torrentflux-b4rt on Ubuntu and Debian without a problem. You should be able to use the guide on Fedora. Just search for the package requirements that I used for Ubuntu.
