Email only passwords

A couple of my customers are wondering - Is it possible for email-only users to change their password without going through a site administrator. I have the webmail system installed, but it doesn't look like there is anything for that in there

Yes, use the mailuser interface:
http(s)://www.example.com:81/mailuser/
