ispconfig webmail for client won't load

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out why roundcube won't load when the email address and the password is entered.

The users have been created, and they are using their email address as their username and their password as the password.

firefox just keeps loading, but doesn't show anything.

The logfiles on a linux system are in the directory /var/log/

There are no records of any errors, there are no records of anything happening during the days that the clients are trying to use the mail roundcube.

Are there any errors in the error log in /root/ispconfig/httpd/logs?

Did you modify some RoundCube files? Maybe you made a syntax error somewhere?

I did not modify roundcube files, just installed right from ispconfig update.

I pm'ed you a file because of personal information in error log.

I wouldn't know where to start looking for syntax errors, maybe error log might give me a clue.

Hm... I've never installed the RoundCube package, so I'm not sure what's wrong. I'm using the Uebimiau package.

I will remove roundcube then, and install the Uebimiau package,

I am looking around, is there a way to remove roundcube through ISPconfig? I don't see it through the admin side.

You must use the email address (+ the password) in Uebimiau, not the username.
