Server crash

Hello,
I got a very big problem my server , a Dell SC420, 512 MO RAM, Intel Celeron,
Mandrake 10.1, Apache 2, Mysql 4
The server frezze,
i can ping the machine but, the webserver, mysql, webmin don't work
a recompiled the kernel, with noacpi
but the server always frezze
ther is nothing in the logs
Is anybody help me !

the frezze never begin a the same time

i use all the mysql config possible (huge,small...)

i thik it is the apache server how "eat" all the RAM
But sometime the server frezze with 200MO free (with TOP function)

i have no idea?
If someone have the same problem

i don't know i use kernel 2.6 with no acpi compiled
i try with 2.6 with acpi compiled but the server crash too!!!
is it possible that a php script do that!

And you don't see a process eating up your CPU or memory when you run top?

when i make a top, new httpd process appear and memory decrease
sometime i have 5mo of free ram
