I will install also:

Jailkit (and mailbe Fail2ban if it's usefull)
Backup PC
Snort/Ossec/Prelude

In which order should I install everything?

Thanks ;)

Nota: I'm installing Basic Ubuntu 8.04 LTS now, and waiting for an answear to continue...

Take a look here: http://www.ispconfig.org/docs/INSTALL_UBUNTU_8.04.txt

Thanks Till and Falko..

I've read the doc, and also print it and put it near my screen :)

The reason why I was in doubt is that:

It is recommended to use a clean (fresh) Ubuntu 8.04 LTS install where you selected no additional packages or servers during setup. Then follow the steps below to setup your server with ISPConfig 3:

Almost everything is going well.

I've just a problem with prewikka, because i've seen its index instead of the webpage...

Install everything before you install ispconfig.

What if you decide at a later time to add a package? Will it effect ISPConfig? If so, is there a way to just update ISPConfig to account for the changes?

Will it effect ISPConfig?

It might affect ISPConfig.

Update ispconfig.
