Hi, thanks Till last time your suggestion resolved the problem, :confused: but i still having a problem this time with web-ftp

with net2ftp.com site i can acess to my ftp account but Anonymously ..

client account no for exemple i have a user named web8_1

i cant login with this name and ispconfig web-ftp said :

Could not connect as user web8_1

i have installed ftp server correctly allthing is done so is not a config problem

plz help me :)

sorry till but i have also another problem with my webalizer auth

how can i find login /password for my webalizer acount

Thanks Till I resolved the problem by moving some file to the right places

but webalizer problem still being...

The webalizer login is the same then the ftp user login. The passwords are updated once every night, so it may take up to 24 hours until you can login with a ftp user password after you changed it.
