need to install sendmail for my forum

Hi, all are good but i have one problem that how install sendmail and make it work with ispconfig .i installed postfix the first time but when i try to sendmail by phpscript like phpbb forum doesn't work

may be my isp of adsl block 25 port
i tested telenet localhost 25 working fine
plz help me ..:confused:

You dont have to install sendmail, so do not change your mail setup! Postfix is fine as it has a sendmail warpper.

You can not send emails from a dsl line directly as all major email providers will block your emails as spam. You have to configure your system to relay the email trogh a trusted external mailserver.
