Hello everyone.

I have an annoying problem with my Ubuntu 8.10 with kernel 2.6.27-9.
The problem is that Ubuntu does not close properly when the laptop is on battery, it gets stuck at "Will now halt", and you have to press any key before the computer shuts off.

I've tried to add "rmmod snd_hda_intel" to /etc/default/halt, but without success.
I am about to be mad by it, so how do I get Ubuntu to close properly at the battery?

My laptop is a HP dv6645eo; specs: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01191755&lc=en&dlc=da&cc=dk&product=3630055&os=181&lang=da
