Disk quota exceeded when encrease web size for X Mb

Hello!

I have a problem with disk quota exceed when I change web size from 5000Mb to 500Mb (or higher).
In ipsconfig panel I did changes (for web disk size encrease).
Real used size is ~108Mb
When try to simple kkdir using fpt client (FileZilla etc.) or in bash, there is warning - Disk quota exceed.

BTW - when I receive e-mails about disk spaces, I receive:

What exactly did you fill into the web site's quota field?

One more interesting thing - when I check Statistic tab in website.lv IPS Site, then I see:
Storage space: 5000 MB
used: 0.00k

More ideas?
In reality ispconfig thinks, that domain website.lv have quota 50Mb (also I receive e-mail that Some Users/Groups Are near or already over their quota limit in server), but in ispconfig it has changed to 5000mb!

Problem is solved - deleted website and recreated the new one... But it would be very interesting to find the normal way and understand the reason of this problem!

The error message that you got had nothing to do with quota usage. You got the error message because one of the users of your website had a quota that was higher then the quota of the website.
