pop3 and smtp not configured

Hello here is the basics about my server.
Its ubuntu 8.04 running webmin and ispconfig i used a tutorial to install it.
The email servers installed is postfix smtp and courier mail pop3 imap.
Now this is the problem the smtp server is configured to go to another computer but the pop3 server is local.

So I need to know how to set the postfix smtp mail server to go to local mail server and not go to mail.rikkimaxfbc.compress.to which is my modem.

Heres the error:
connect to mail.rikkimaxfbc.compress.to[119.224.24.77]:25: Connection refused

Please set the DNS MX record for your email domain to point to your local server.
