ssl centos

I did the ssl portion of the centos tutorial

I cant tell if the ssl works

i went to https:localhost
and got the error "secure connection failed"

Hello,

You can try installing SSL Certificates form Trusted Authorities signed. Try GeoTrust, VeriSign or RapidSSL.
