Recently I face a problem in Mozilla Firefox, when ever I want to download a file it starts and finishes smoothly but after downloading the download window is blank. I have to go to the desktop(which was my default download directory). As it does not create any problem but though I want to have my files in the download directory cause it sometimes save more time.
any help ?

You can change the default download directory in the Firefox preferences (Tools > Options > Main).
