Vista sidebar gadget

Hi my fellow HowtoForger's :)

I had a few hours to spare tonight and i made a Sidebar gadget for us all.
To install extract to:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Window s Sidebar\Gadgets

1) Main site RSS download link is dead
2) How do you install this? I can not get it to work with my Vista version :(
Other gadget are working fine.

1.) Main site RSS download link is dead: updated working now
2.) How do you install this?: Rename the extention to .gadget or ectract to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Window s Sidebar\Gadgets
Make sure the folder is called HowtoForge-forum.gadget

Okay. I got it installed, but it does not look like it's updating!
When I restart the gadget (or PC) it will update.

Anything I can do to make it auto update ever X minute?

YE well that was a woopsie from my side ;)
Im currently workin on v2 were the update function works better or updates more frecently
