1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly

Hi guys,

Just moved over my server from an old one and now i'm getting messages that say "You have new mail"

When I view the mail, I get:

warning : 1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly

Yesterday it told me this about my mail client's database, and now its telling me about my forum database. How can this be resolved?

Use the database repair function in phpmyadmin to fix this.
