Hello,
I can't login to 'user account(s)' using the ISPConfig login page, with or without the username prefix
'web(web ID)_'. I've even created additional 'user accounts' and change existing 'user account' usernames, in the attempt to resolve the problem. The error message reads:
ERROR 101: wrong username or password
I have a webmail application thats currently fuctioning without issue, capable of passing usernames and passwords for security purposes with these 'user account' managed by ISPConfig using the username prefix, and is capable of sending and recieving email messages in kind.
If anyone has any information that will help me resolve this problem I thank you in advance.
