Help Deleting uploaded mods?

I uploaded Sirrelmail and roundcube.

I cannot find anywhere to delete them in ISPConfig.

I deleted them from the command line and they still show in ISPConfig TOOLS section but are an invalid link now.

How do I delete them?

You must delete them from /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/web/tools/tools as well.
