Zivios - can't login as zadmin

followed the HowTo
web installation was successful, without errors
during the installation provided passwords

my problem is that i can't login as "zadmin", i receive "authentication failed".
tried to reset "zadmin" password (http://wiki.zivios.org/wiki/Reset_the_zadmin_user_password) but no go, still the authentication failed at zivios login.

what im missing?

I don'T use Zivios, but have you tried to send a PM to the author of the tutorial?
