can't access my website

I apologize, this is a basic question, but how do I access my website via a intranet? Using the Web-FTP I deposit the target webpage (testpage.html) in '/srv/www.mydomain.net/web/testpage/' of the root directory. Thank you, in advance.

Websites can only accessed by the domain name. If you have not setup the domain name yet in DNS, you can e.g. add it to the hosts file of your windows / mac / linux workstation.
