Hi,
after updating ispconfig to 2.2.26 i have noticed that i can not edit user settings
When i click on an existing user and then on the tab "Advanced settings" i get:
The username is already in use.
this also happens when all the other tabs are clicked...
is this probably a bug or what am i doing wrong?!
Thanks

not all users are affected, but i still can not find any logic....
deleting/restoring of the user or domain does not help

Please make sure that the affected users are not listed in /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/user (or users)

You have to remove the users from this file. Seems that you riún the ispconfig setup script in installation mode instead of update mode on your system.

actually no, the update ran very well with no errors, i used the "setup" script, which should actually detect if its a new install or an update

If it were run in update mode, the users were not added. So you must have run the setup script twice or you removed the /root/ispconfig directory before you had run it.

anyway, the important thing is that there is a clue... so its not important what happened, probably it was my fault
thanks for the help
