So, I got Fedora 9 and ISPConfig installed and running great with a dozen or so domains. :)

Question:

So, do I want to do

yum update

periodically, or will that cause problems?

I don't wanna break anything...

This should not cause any problems except of bind updates. If yum will install a update for bind, you should reconfigure the bind directory afterwards again as described in the perfect setup guide.
