Warning: I'm an ISPconfig newbie. :D

Ok, I've created my first site under the admin "reseller" and I am able to connect to that domain/site via FTP just fine. However, when I created a second site under "admin" I was unable to connect via FTP. I double checked all settings and made sure they were identical to the first site. After much frustration I finally created a new reseller and created a new domain/site under that and was able to connect!!

My question is, do I have to create a separate reseller for every site I setup?? It's not a big deal, it just seems a bit redundant.

Thanks for your help!

No. You may have hundreds or thousands of domains under one reseller :)

I've created multiple sites/domains under one reseller, however, it seems that I don't have access (via FTP) to any site besides the first one created under that reseller. Do you know what may be causing that?

Create a administrator user on the email and user tab of every site. Resellers are just in ispconfig and have nothing to do with ftp access at all.
