Linux LiveCDs can be rapidly deployed in Windows without restarting the computer or burning a CD based on the free MobaLiveCD Windows software. It is very lightweight (only 1.6 MB) for an operating system emulation environment and is based on QEmu. In this article (http://www.downloadtube.com/blog/2008/09/22/how-to-deploy-a-linux-livecd-on-windows-using-mobalivecd/), you will find a short tutorial about how to manage Linux distributions as LiveCDs (ISO files) directly on Windows. A video demonstration for KIWI Linux LiveCD on Windows is also available.
