View Full Version : No colors in SSH Session

Hey everyone,

For some reason I no longer have any colors in my SSH Sessions.

For example I used to be able to get the user@server to be green and a little bit bolder. Same client and server, don't know what happened.

Where can I start to troubleshoot this?

Server - Ubuntu 8.04
Client - Mac OS X 10.5.5

Thanks!

Color problems would be an issue with the ssh client

I would have to disagree.

I am using Mac OS X's Terminal to SSH in and I can go onto different servers and see the colors, as well as use the su command and get green text on the server of question.

Any other ideas?
