I finally got everything installed with perfect server fedora 9 tutorial. After several attempts, I was fortunate enough to catch the '/etc/shell script and edit it.

On reboot I now have an added account; Admin ISPConfig; however I do not recall having to set the password for this one. I did check the ISPConfig page on sourforge and tried the admin admin that they mention there with no luck. I was wondering is there a way to rest this password or a file I missed that I need to edit?

I am not really to sure how I should go about setting this up.

I want to use it as our companies webserver, email server, I also want to have it set up to where if I need to do something from the house I don't have to leave, I can just remote into this machine and do what I need to do.

With the email do I just need to configure the email clients to use the specified ports for imap or pop3?

Also this may sound stupid but, how can I make sure that this is going to show up as the host name that I specified 'ns1tech.yadda.com' I know that it shows thats what the host name is when i run hostname in the CLI but how can I make sure that the outside world will see that so they can get to it and access our website.

I apologize for the long drawn out question. I just want to make sure I am doing this right.

With the email do I just need to configure the email clients to use the specified ports for imap or pop3?Yes. For sending email you must enable "Server requires authentication" in your email client.

Also this may sound stupid but, how can I make sure that this is going to show up as the host name that I specified 'ns1tech.yadda.com' I know that it shows thats what the host name is when i run hostname in the CLI but how can I make sure that the outside world will see that so they can get to it and access our website.
You must set up an A record for ns1tech.yadda.com which must point to your server. Most likely you can do this in your domain registrar's web interface.
