DNS Manager for all customers

Hello guys,
would it be possible to make the DNS manager availlable for all customers?
i.e.: a customer owns the domain rutabaga.com , and wants to point office.rutabaga.com to his small office IP. How to give the customers the possibility to do it by themselves?

Currently this isn't possible.

I solve this by giving some customers limited reseller access.
Although a bit risky since if they add some IP's (typically 127.0.0.1 or similar IPs) as IP to an adress it seems to break BIND for some reason :)
