Debian network problem with HP Proliant DL160 G5

Hello.

I just bought a server HP Proliant DL 160 G5 http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/sk/sk/sm/WF06b/15351-15351-3328412-3328421-3328421-3580694-3656362.html
I installed DEBIAN 4 AMD64 but integrated network adapters were not found.

Could someone please help me with this problem, to get my network adapters working?

What's the output of lspci?

Would using Ubuntu be an option? It has more/newer drivers.
