Huge /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/temp/ whats wrong?

Hi!

I was browsing around my server and i discovered that the disk space was alot smaller then I could imagine!

I found the space-thief... it was @ /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/temp and it was HUGE 113Gb or something....

I dont know why it is that big... is it something isp-c has generated itself?
If so, how to make it a little... smaller?
If it isnt, am I mayby hacked?

Nothing to worry about. This are temporary files form backups that you made. You can delete everything in this directory except of the subdirectory named "webmail".

is there anything i can to to make these files stop adding up in this tempdir?

If you dont use the ISPConfig backup function, the files wont get stored in this directory. But you can use a shell script to delete them e.g. every night.

can you also tell me where to disable the backup function?
I remember seeing it somewhere in a config file, but can't exactly remember where..

To disable the backup funtion, you have to change the line:
$go_info["server"]["do_automated_backups"] = 1;
into:
$go_info["server"]["do_automated_backups"] = 0;
within the file /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/config.inc.php
