Looks as if your ssl cert is broken. Please create a new one as described here:

I have read your thread, i would like to help, but i don't know what's wrong.
The PhpMyAdmin package is ok, so phpMyAdmin itself should work.

Maybe, there is something wrong with your network or SSL-certicate indeed.
So it could be an idea to startup ispconfig in http mode to eliminate what could be wrong. For more information have a look here (http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3732&highlight=http+https).

Firefox3 has increased its security checking so that if it finds that the site's SSL is not from one of the recorded cert issue authority, it will give out the error message you mentioned.

You should be able to see a link (on this error page in firefox 3) where you can click, and then it will allow you to add your server to the list of exception sites,

After clicking it, a new dialogue box will appear and then you can choose to add your site permanently in the list of exception sites, and then you will never see the error message again.

Such Firefox 3 error message will not occur if your certificate is issued from one of the well-known issue authorities.

I just try to access you site

All the above failed. Is your ISPconfig is down temporarily? (not just phpmyadmin)
