Amavsd-new 2.6 + DKIM

Since the new version of amavisd-new (2.6) has DKIM integrated, I'd like to see a tutorial on adding DKIM support with amavisd-new 2.6.

The dk-milter tutorial works great, but I have trouble with emails that have unusually large headers.
