how can i limit cpu usage for account ?
as bluehost ! their acocunt just can 40S cpu in every minutes !

Maybe the ulimit command in bash is what you are seaching for.

Look inside /etc/security/limits.conf - cpu - max CPU time (MIN) . I'm using Centos it maybe located elsewhere in other OS
