Hi there,

Recently I got a frightening mail from ISPconfig.
It sead that postmaster@mydomain.com (the mail account that has administrator posiiton in mydomain) is near to over quota:

The following users are near or already over their quota limit on server www.mydomain.com:
================================================== =

Username: postmater
Used Storage Space: 447.31 MB
Allocated Storage Space: 100.00 MB
User's Real Name: Post Master
User's Email Address: postmaster@mydomain.com
Web Site: www.mydomain.com
Group Of Web Site: web2

I have not any mail in it.
whether ISPConfig store web and user data in postmaster account?
And why used space is a large more than allocated space?

The administrator account owns all web data, as the web data is uploaded by this account.

I guess that the log files might be counted to the used space which resulted in used space > allocated space. The Log files are written by the root user and the chowned to the admin user.
