Backup MX Server

Hey everyone,

I was poking around the forum, and i'm sure the answer to my question is somewhere here but I just couldn't find it.

I'd like to set up a backup MX record so that whenever my mail server is down the next server in the mx priority picks up the mail, and when the server is back up it sends it to the main mail server.

Only thing is that I'd like to do it with a mac, But I'm open to hearing about everything.

I think you can run Postfix on a Mac as well (because MacOS is derived from BSD), so this tutorial should work: http://www.howtoforge.com/postfix_backup_mx
