force to use outside MX records

we using outside email provider with different MX records.
at the moment website email form to domain.com tries to send email localy and gets bounce back because non of the local email boxes exist.

How can i force web server to look for new MX records pointing to outside provide when using send-email form on website

Withing ISPconfig goto ISP Manager > Select the domain and than the tab Options.
Now set the Mailserver option to External Mailserver, and click save.

Please make sure that you als set the MX record in the DNS to the correct server!
