Hi,
I am loading Ubuntu Server on a 5 year old computer a friend gave me and I get this message when it starts to load:
"Unable to locate RSDP"
I tried Ubuntu 8.04 and 7.10 and neither would load so I tried 6.06 and although I got the same message it loaded just fine. I don't have a problem using 6.06 but I was just curious if anyone could tell me what this meant and what significance it had to the operation of my server.
Thank you so much for your help!
Andy
