Add a simple support ticket system / Messaging system.
Customer can tell resseler (or admin) about some problems and Admin can send message to all (resellers and customers) for upgrade, news, etc...

Sounds good. Maybe also some kind of message board for news, etc. :)

Great idea, When Resseler or customer connect to ISPConfig, Add at the bottom of the welcome message a table with the last news !!

The support system is now on the SVN.
Now, I'll go to devellop the Message Board for News
